Mushroom Rice
Ingredients:

 Rice: 2 cups
 Mushroom, finely chopped: 1 cup
 Spring onions, finely chopped with leaves: 3-4
 Garlic cloves, finely chopped: 2
 Soya sauce: 2 tbsp
 Oil: 1 tbsp
 Salt to taste

Method:
Soak the rice for two hours and cook it. Each grain should be separate. Heat the oil. Add the spring onions, mush rooms and garlic and stir fry for a few minutes. Then add the soya sauce and salt. Cook on a low flame for a few minutes. Then add rice. Toss gently. Serve hot with Burmese curry.
