
Rice: 1 cup
Lime: 1
Onion: 1 (small)
Mustard: 1 tsp
Red chillies: 5
Urad dhal: 1tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: to taste
Oil: 1 tbsp
Method:
Cook the rice,and allow it to cool in a plate. In a pan add oil,then add urad dhal,mustard and let it split for 1 minute.Cut the onion and add to it and fry well. Then add the red chillies. Add turmeric powder and salt to taste.Fry for 2 minutes and then add the cooked rice and stir so that turmeric powder gets mixed evenly.Atlast sprinkle lime juice in it and stir well.
