Ghee Rice
Ingredients:

 Ghee: 1/4cup
 Basmati rice:1cup
 Green chilly: 3
 Clove: 3
 Cinnamon: 2pieces
 Onion: 1
 Garlic: 4flakes
 Water: 2cup
 Salt to taste

Method:
Soak rice for 1/2 an hour.Cut onion,garlic, green chillies. Pour ghee in the pressure cooker,add cloves cinnamon,onion,garlic,green chillies and fry for 2 mts, add water and salt.After the water gets boiled add the soaked rice and stir well,after 5 mts add the cilantro and pressure cook for 15 minutes in low flame.
