Carrot Rice
Ingredients:

 Grated carrot- 3/4 cup
 Basmati rice:1cup
 Cinnamon: 4
 Cardamom: 2
 Cloves: 3
 Onion: 1
 Cilantro: 1/2cup
 Ghee: 1tbsp
 Oil: 1tbsp
 Salt to taste
 Chillies: 5

Method:
Cook rice and allow it to cool. Cut onion,green chillies.In a pan pour oil and ghee,add cinnamon,cardamom,cloves,onion,chillies,grated carrot,salt and fry for 5 -7 mts.Then add the cooked rice and garnish with cilantro.
