Coconut Rice
Ingredients:

 Grated coconut: 1cup
 Basmati rice:1cup
 Gram dal: 1tsp
 Mustard: 1tsp
 Green pepper: 1tsp
 Onion: 1
 Oil: 1tbsp
 Salt to taste

Method:
Cook rice and allow it to cool. In a pan pour oil add gram dhal and mustard,after the mustard gets split add the grated coconut ,chopped green pepper , salt and fry for 5 -7 mts.Then add the cooked rice and leave in low flame for 5 minutes
