Moong Dal & Veg. Soup
Ingredients:

 Sprouted Moong dal: 300gm
 Mixed Vegetables: 1cup (Finely chopped)
 Milk: 1cup
 Lemon Juice: ½ tbsp
 Coriander, Mint: 1bunch (Finely chopped)
 Salt: to taste
 Olive oil: 2 tsp
 Masala:
 Coriander powder: ½ tsp
 Cumin seed: 1 tsp
 Garlic: 2 cloves
 Sambar onion: 5
 Pepper powder: ½ tsp
 Coriander leaves: small amount
 Turmeric powder: 1 pinch

Method:
Grind all masala items in a mixie. Heat oil and fry the mixed vegetables. Add masala and sprouted dal into the vegetables. Add 3 cup of water and required salt, boil it for 10 minutes and add milk. After 5 minutes add lemon juice, coriander leaves and mint and serve in a bowl.
