
Tomato: 1/2Kg (finely chopped)
Onion: 2 (finely chopped)
Garlic: 6cloves (finely chopped)
Corn flour: 2tsp
Olive oil: 1tsp
Tomato Sauce: 2tsp
Pepper powder: 1tsp
Salt: to taste
Method:
Heat oil add garlic, onion fry till they turn golden color. Add tomato and salt. Add 3 cup of water. In low flame cook about 15 minutes, then strain it. Take corn flour in a bowl add little water and stir well and add into the soup. Add tomato sauce. Boil the soup about 5 minutes and add pepper powder. Serve hot.
