Spinach With Coconut Milk Soup
Ingredients:

 Spinach: 1 bunch
 Sambar onion: 10 (finely chopped)
 Garlic: 2 (finely chopped)
 Coconut Milk: ¾ cup
 Pepper: to taste
 Salt: to taste
 Oil: 2 tbsp

Method:
Clean the spinach and cut into small pieces. Peel the skin from onion, garlic and cut into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan adds onion and garlic and fry for some time. Add spinach and fry for 1 minute. Add 1 cup water and salt cook for 5 minutes. Put off the flame. Add coconut milk and pepper powder. Serve hot.
