
Oats: 6tbsp
Milk: 2cup
Garlic: 4cloves (finely chopped)
Pepper powder:1tsp
Salt to taste
Olive Oil: 1tsp
Method:
Heat oil in a vessel and add finely chopped garlic, fry for 2 minutes. Add oats and fry 2 minutes. Add 3 cups boiled water and cook for 5 minutes. Add milk and salt. Boil for 2 minutes. Add pepper powder. Serve hot.
