
Mixed vegetables: ½ cup (finely chopped)
Corn flour: 4 tsp
Green chilly: 2
Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato puree: 4 tbsp
Salt and pepper: to taste
Oil: 2tsp
Method:
Heat the oil fry onion till it become soft. Add mixed vegetables with 4 cups of water. Boil it for 15 minutes or until the vegetables cooked well. Add corn flour, chilly and tomato puree; boil the soup for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper powder and serve hot.
