Hot & Sour Soup
Ingredients:

 Carrot, Cabbage, Radish: 400gm
 Soya bean sauce: 1tbsp
 Mushroom: 100gm
 Green chilly: 3
 Lemon Juice: 3tbsp
 Soup stock (bone): 1litre
 Corn flour: 50gm
 Salt and pepper: to taste
 Ajino motto: 3pinch

Method:
Cook vegetables and take stock from them. Add vegetable stock with bone stock. Add soya sauce, corn flour, ajino motto, salt and pepper. Boil for 15 minutes and then add lemon juice.
