Horse Gram Soup
Ingredients:

Horse gram: 200gm
Lemon juice: 2 tsp
Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Curry leaves: small amount (paste)
Tomato: 2 (finely chopped)
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Pepper powder: 1 tsp
Cumin seed: ½ tsp
Garlic: 1 glove

Method:
Clean and soak the horse gram in water for over night. Next day, pour 4 cup of water in a cooker add horse gram and cook for 10 minutes. Drain the water from it. Heat oil in a kadai, fry tomato for 2 minutes and add pepper and cumin seed powder and curry leave paste. Fry for 5 minutes. Add drained water and salt. Boil for 3 minutes, and strain the ingredients add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve in a bowl.
