
Spring onion with leaves: 1 cup (chopped)
Tender Green Peas: 250 gm
Onion: 1 (chopped)
Cabbage: 1 cup (chopped)
Corn flour: 2tbsp
Milk: 3 cup
Butter: 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper: to taste
Method:
Heat the butter and fry the spring onion, green peas and onion for few minutes. Add the cabbage and three cups of water and cook. Blend the mixer in a liquidizer and strain. Mix the corn flour and milk and add it to the soup. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
