
Mixed vegetables: 1 cup (finely chopped)
Coconut milk: 4 cup
Garlic: 2 cloves (finely chopped)
Onion: 2 (finely chopped)
Flour: 5 tsp
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Pepper: to taste
Salt: to taste
Method:
Cook the vegetables in a cooker with required salt and water for 5 minutes. Heat the oil adds garlic and onion and fry till it becomes brown. Add flour and fry. Add milk and salt; boil the mixer about 7 minutes. Add cooked vegetables with it boil about 5 minutes. A dd pepper powder and serve.
