Clear Soup
Ingredients

 Bone: 250 gm
 Mutton: 250 gm
 Onion: 250 gm (finely chopped)
 Carrot: 1(finely chopped)
 Tomato: 3(finely chopped)
 Ginger: small piece (finely chopped)
 Egg: 2
 Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
 Garam masala: ½ tbsp
 Salt and pepper: to taste

Method:
Cook bone and mutton together with 4 cups of water. Strain the stock. Boil the prepared stock with carrot, tomato, ginger and onion. Cook for 10 minutes. Mix egg and lemon juice in the soup. In low flame boil the soup for 2 minutes. Filter the soup and serve hot with salt and pepper powder.
