Mutton Kurma
Ingredients:

Mutton with bone: 1kg
Oil: 200ml
Chilli Powder: 2 tbsp
Turmeric: 1/2tsp
Ginger garlic paste: 2tbsp
Coriander leaves: 1cup
Coriander seeds: 2tsp
Tomato chopped: 1 1/2cups
Curd: 3/4cup
Ghee: 50gm
Onion: 2cups(chopped)
Cashew nut paste: 4tbsp
Grated coconut: 1 1/2cups
Pepper powder: 2tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a shallow pan. Sauté chopped onion till light brown. Add chilli powder, turmeric and ginger garlic paste and stir. Pour 1/2 a cup water and sauté well. Remove from fire and keep aside. Grind coconut and onion into a smooth paste. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker; add coconut onion paste, chopped tomato and sauté for 5 minutes. Add curd, salt to taste, meat pieces and 1 cup water and pressure cook till mutton is tender. Before removing form fire, add cashew nut paste and pepper powder and keep on fire for 5 minutes.
