Chicken Sweet Corn Soup
Ingredients:

Chicken: 1/2cup(chopped)
Sweet corn: 1cup
Water: 3cup
Corn flour: 1tbsp
Butter: 1tbsp
Soya sauce: 1/2cup
Garam masala powder: 1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cream: 1tsp

Method:
Place butter in a bowl and microwave at high power for 30 secs. Add Chicken pieces, 3 cups of water, salt, garam masala and microwave at 80% power for 3-4 mins. Allow to stand for 5 mins. Separate the chicken pieces from the stock. Add milk, sweet corn and corn flour (mixed in 1/2 cup cold water) to the stock. Microwave for 5-6 mins. at high power or till the corn is tender. Add the microwave chicken pieces, soya sauce. Microwave for 1 min. at high power. Garnish with spring onions, lightly beaten cream and serve hot.
