Coconut Chutney
Ingredients:

Coconut: 2cup(grated)
Garlic: 2flakes
Green chilly: 4
Salt to taste
For Seasoning:
Oil: 1tsp
Dry chilly: 1
Mustard seed: 1tsp
Curry leaves: 10

Method:
Blend all the ingredients of chutney in a blender. In a bowl add oil and microwave for 30 secs. at high power. Add all the ingredients for seasoning and microwave for 2 - 3 mins. at high power. Stir in between. Add all the ingredients into the coconut chutney and serve with idli, vada and dosa.
