Rawa Idli
Ingredients
Curd: 1cup
Soda-bi-carbonate: 2pinch
Curry leaves: 5-6
Cashew: 6
Dry red chilly: 2-3
Mustard seed: 1tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Mix all the above ingredients together to make a thick batter. Pour in greased idli moulds and steam it for 5 minutes. Serve with coconut chutney.
