Carrot & Apple Delight
Ingredients:

Carrot: 2 sliced
Apple: 3 sliced Onion: 1 chopped
Pepper corns: 4
Cinnamon: 1"
Cloves: 2
Maida: 1tbsp
Water: 1/2 liter
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a thick bottom pan. Sauté onion for a little while. Add apples and cook for a few minutes. Add sugar, cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice and water and bring to a boil. Add chopped carrot, cover and cook on a low flame. When it's done, just before serving, add flour, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Serve immediately.
