Golden Fried Prawns
Ingredients:

Prawns-king size: 8
Aji-no-moto: ¼ tsp(optional)
Corn flour: 100gm
Flour: 50gm
Egg White: 2
Baking powder: ½ tsp
White Pepper powder: ¼ tsp
Oil: 2tsp
Oil for fry
Salt and pepper to taste
Water: ½ cup(approx.)

Method
Clean, peel and de vein the prawns keeping the tail intact. In a bowl mix salt, black pepper and marinate the prawns in this mixture for 20 minutes. Take a bowl and add corn flour, white flour, egg whites, ajinomoto, baking powder, white pepper, water and oil and whip till the mixture thickens and is smooth coating consistency. Dip each prawn in this mixture and fry till golden brown. Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot with a sweet and sour sauce.
