
Fish: 1kg(any large white fish cut into slices)
Garllic: 1tbsp(chopped)
Olive oil: 50ml
Chilli sauce: 2tsp
Cumin powder: ½ tsp
Tomato puree: 2tbsp
Lemon juice: 3tbsp
Parsley and coriander leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Fry garlic and onions. Add all the ingredients. Cook for 10 minutes and then add the fish. Cook for another ten(10) minutes. Serve with rice, naan or bread.
