Fish With Potato
Ingredients

Potato: 2
Green chilly: 5
Coriander seed: 20gm
Fish(small sized): 500gm
Mustered oil: 3tbsp
Turmeric powder: a pinch
Cumin seed: 1tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Clean, cut and wash the fish thoroughly. Cut the fish into half inch thick slices. Dry the fish and apply salt and turmeric powder. Heat a little mustard oil in a pan and shalow fry the fish on each side. Remove the fish and add slit green chillies, potatoes and stir-fry. Prepare a paste of roasted whole coriander and cumin seeds and add it to the pan with a little water and simmer till the potatoes boil completely. Add salt and mix well. Gently slide the fish into the pan and simmer for 4 minutes. Serve hot with streamed rice.
