
Chicken: 300gm(boneless)
Capsicum: 1
Ginger garlic paste: 2tbsp
Green chilly: 15
Cornflour: 1tbsp
Soya sauce: 2tbsp
Chilly sauce: 1tbsp
Aji-no-moto: 1tsp
Oil: 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Marinate the chicken in soya sauce, chilli sauce, aji-no-moto, salt & ginger garlic paste for about 3 hours. Heat oil in a pan and put ginger garlic paste, capsicum (cut into long strips) and green chillies. Stir well. Then add the marinated chicken, and cornflour milk. Cover the pan and cook about 10 minutes.
