
Chicken breast: 4(skinned and boned)
Italian salad dressing: 1/2cup
Corn flakes: 3cup(crushed)
Salt to taste
Method:
Place chicken in a shallow dish or zip-top plastic bag; add salad dressing. Cover or seal; refrigerate 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Dredge chicken in cornflakes; place on a rack in a broiler pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
