
Chicken breast: 1 1/2 cup(finely chopped and cooked)
Onion: 1(chopped)
Oil: 2tbsp
Flour: 4tbsp
Chilly: 5(chopped)
Cumin powder: 2tsp
Shredded cheese: 2tsp
Crushed low fat chips
Salt to taste
Method:
In Large pan, cook onion in oil over medium heat for 4 minutes or until transparent. Add chilies, flour, salt and cumin; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened. Add chicken; cook until hot. Garnish with cheese and coriander leaves just before serve.
