Rice With Chicken, Prawns & Peas
Ingredients:
Rice: 6cup
Water: 12cup
Chicken: 1
Tomatoes: 1/2kg(fried)
Prawns and shrimps: 1/2kg
Peas: 1/4kg
Pepper powder: 2 tsp
Garlic: 2flakes
Onion: 1
Olive oil: 1cup
Salt to taste

Method:

Place olive oil, garlic, onion, tomatoes and chicken pieces in the paella dish. Lightly fry together and add the rice, water and salt to taste. Before they come to the boil add the peas, prawns, shrimps and saffron. Leave to cook slowly for 15 mins. and place on top of the strips of peppers.
